Solution – I too installed WordPress and installed some of the plugins and started getting 5–internal error. After some of troubleshooting followups, I realized that this kind of issue is usually happening because of plugins are malfunctioning. So here we need to remove plugins one by on, until website or page is not launched properly.
(1) Go to cPanel
(2) In File Section – > Go to File Manager -> Go to Home Directory.
(3) Go to wp-content
(4) Go to plugins
(5) Search for latest installed plugin. In my case issue was with plugin “social-share-buttons-by-supsystic”.
(6) Rename the plugin.
(7) Try to launch your website now. If not able to launch website then try renaming other plugins one by one and check launching your website.
